Description
- Used to treat certain infections caused by bacteria, including respiratory tract infections such as tonsillitis and pharyngitis (infections of the throat), urinary tract infections, skin infections, and soft-Used in adults and children. It works by killing bacteria that cause infections. It belongs to a group of medicines called Cephalosporins.
- Should be taken after a meal.
- The active substance in each tablet is 500 mg of cefuroxime (present as cefuroxime axetil).
- Store in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 25°C.
