- Dosage:
7-12 yrs. old: 3-4 tablets every 4 hours
5-6 yrs. old: 3 tablets every 4 hours
3-4 yrs. old: 2 tablets every 4 hours
1-2 yrs. old: 1-1.5 tab every 4 hours.
