Description
- A mucolytic agent with cherry flavor.
- It is used for the relief of cough characterized by excessive or sticky sputum or phlegm to help treat respiratory tract disorders such as acute or chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- Also used in the treatment of otitis media with effusion and glue ear.
- Administer 1ml per kg body weight per day in divided doses or as prescribed by the physician.
- Each ml contains 50mg of Carbocisteine and 1% alcohol.
