Job Description

You will handle organizational and clerical tasks and performs a range of basic office support activities for the department of Shop Suki. This may include organizing files, writing copy, proofreading, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned and more, depending on the company and its needs.

Responsibilities


  • Overseeing clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks
  • Brainstorming and executing new growth strategies
  • Assisting with digital marketing campaigns
  • Communicates with customers for order updates
  • Assist in monitoring active programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
  • Communicate directly with internal (Shop Suki Department Heads) and external partners (KCC Department Heads and non-KCC contacts and agencies) and encourage trusting relationships
  • Assist in writing reports and similar documents

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree is an advantage
  • Excellent Communication skills both oral and written
  • With leadership and decision making skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in typing with a minimum of 36 wpm (word per minute)
