Job Description
You will assist in creating and maintaining the Shop Suki ‘storefront’. You will ensure that the website is presentable and optimized to make it as easy as possible for customers to find what they are looking for. You will help curate the assortment to showcase trends and promote a compelling shopping experience for the Sukis.
Responsibilities
- Assist in execution and distribution of content and plans across all Shop Suki platforms and site
- You will spend most of the time auditing and organizing our products, ensuring that they are categorized properly, have the appropriate tags and product descriptions.
- Work with Marketing to optimise content across channels (eg. email, SEO, home page, etc) and drive marketplace performance
- Work with suppliers and brands to execute collaborations, product features on the websites, promos, etc.
- Implementing initiatives covering Inspiration, Personalisation, Search, Ranking, Cross-selling, Navigation, Product Landing Pages and Product Display Pages.
- You will conduct regular competitor activity reviews across both retail stores and online to understand the market place and environment.
- You will create content for the site (recipes, discounts, etc.) to aid the Head of Trade & Merchandising
- Support marketing managers and executives in planning and organizing various projects and campaigns
- Assist in monitoring active programs and developing ways to improve those campaigns
- Communicate directly with internal (Shop Suki Department Heads) and external partners (KCC Department Heads and non-KCC contacts and agencies) and encourage trusting relationships
- Assist in writing reports and similar documents
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any subject
- 1+ years experience in sales, marketing, online selling, encoding, admin or related field
- Good communication skills, can present ideas and insights to different stakeholders
- Attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn
- Self starter, creative problem solver - able to break down problems into key components to come up with solutions
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- At least 36WPM typing
Nice to have
- Experience in online selling
- Photoshop/Canva/image editing experience
