Job Description and Responsibilities

The Dispatch Monitoring team ensures that vehicles are well optimized in load and routes that are taken. They are responsible for communicating delivery related concerns with customers. Furthermore, they ensure that payments are complete and reconciled in time. 

Plotting and delivery transmittal

• Groups batches based on location and most time/fuel efficient route for the drivers
• Ensures that information is accurate on the transmittal, checks that address and contact info are complete - follow up if necessary

Customer communication

• Informs customers when their deliveries are on the way and gives them expected arrival times 
• Notifies customers in case there are any delays or changes to their delivery
• Mark orders are fulfilled so customers are notified appropriately
• Prepares any Suki treats or promotional materials related to orders, and ensures that they are delivered

Reconciliation 

• Coordinates with collectors to ensure that the correct amount is collected/swiped from the customer

Requirements 

• College graduate, any course
• Attention to detail and organized
• Competent with Excel
• Familiar with local area 
• Previous experience in customer facing role or logistics preferred
• Energetic
