Steam Pompano

Ingredients:

• 1 piece Pompano fish
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 piece Lemon
• 6 pieces Sibuyas dahon sliced
  
• 2 tbsp ginger sliced into strips
  
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
  
• 2 tbsp cooking wine
• 1 teaspoon white sugar
• 1 tsp Sesame oil
• 3 tsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

• Make a series of diagonal cut on both sides of the fish.
• Rub the salt and sesame oil mixture on the whole fish. Set aside
• In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger, scallions, and cooking wine.
  
• Arrange the fish in a heat proof plate.
• Pour the soy sauce mixture on top.
• Steam the fish over briskly boiling water.
• Place the plate with fish inside the steamer.
• Cover and then steam for 10 to 16 minutes.
• Heat the oil in a sauce pan.
• When the oil becomes hot, pour over the steamed fish
• Squeeze lemon on top.
• Serve. Share and enjoy!
