Mushroom and Veggie Salad

Mushroom and Veggie Salad is deliciously, healthy and easy-to-make salad! You’re in for a protein-rich mushroom and vitamin-loaded vegetable delight.

Ingredients

• 6 ounces of salad mix, lettuce
  
• ½ red bell pepper, slices
  0.5 green bell pepper, slices
• ½ carrot, thinly sliced
• 1 red onion, julienne sliced
• 6 mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tablespoons of lime juice
• salt
  
• pepper
• 1 tablespoon olive oil

How to make a mushroom and veggie salad

1. Add the salad mix, red and green bell peppers, carrot, red onion and mushroom slices to a large bowl.
2. Take another bowl and make the dressing, by mixing the lime juice and olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Mix the dressing and pour it over the salad.
4. Serve the salad immediately.
