1/2 kilo chicken breast fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 Large eggs
Salt
Pepper
Cooking oil
Instructions:
In a medium-sized bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper until combined.
Dip the chicken fillet cuts one by one in egg, then dredge in the flour-cornstarch mixture. Repeat the procedure then deep-fry in a pot with preheated oil until golden brown.
