Description
- It is used in the management of hypertension, particularly in patients who develop a cough with ACE inhibitors and to reduce the risk of stroke in patients with ventricular hypertrophy and in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
- Also used in the management of heart failure.
- May be taken with or without food.
- Each tablet contains 50 mg of losartan potassium.
