- Production: Made with bud musts and selected yeasts. Fermentation controlled at 26º C. It is bottled quickly to preserve the light character given by the carbonic fermentation.
Tasting notes: Suggestive aroma of ripe blackberries and cherries with a hint of vanilla. Clean, fresh and with great charm.
Best consumed between 15º and 18 º C.
